With the rapid development of aviation industry in China,carrier-based aircraft arresting hook retraction system problems have been paid attention widely.Typical arresting hook retraction mechanisms are summarized in this thesis.Meanwhile,taking an arresting hook retraction mechanism with buffer as research object,the model of arresting hook retraction system is built to analyze the main factors which affect the retraction performance.Then,the failure mode and influence factors are analyzed using the FMECA and FTA methods.Then,the FTA of the hook retraction system is built to calculate the failure probability.The optimal distribution of the system reliability is carried out based on the cost function reliability.The main units affecting the probability of system failure is then studied.It is significant in the dynamic and reliability analysis of arresting hook retraction system.Several typical configurations of arresting hook attraction mechanism are analyzed and summarized.A retractable arresting hook,combining the retraction cylinder with the shock absorber,is built by CATIA.Finally,based on the co-simulation platform of LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion,the infulunce analysis of some key parameters on the retraction system performance is conducted.For arresting hook retraction system,it is of significance to analyze all possible failure modes and the result with FMECA to prevent failure or minimize its consequence."Arresting hook fails to fall" is selected as the top of the fault tree and the system fault tree is established to calculate failure probability.The influence of the key components on the failure probability of arresting hook is analyzed by changing the system redundancy of the key elements.The optimal system structure is then obtained.Based on the cost function reliability distribution optimization theory,the reliability of electronic control system is analyzed to improve the reliability of each element and electronic control system.
