With China’s rapid economic development and national coverage of the formation of theInternet of Things, the logistics industry was booming. The hydraulic lift tailboard of Vehiclwhich installed in the rear of the vehicle (especially vans), used in the loading and unloadingof a hydraulic lifting device, greatly reduce the cost of circulation and saving human resources,the substantial increase in the loading and unloading the efficiency of goods, but also to playthe economic performance of the vehicle, to provide security for the operator, reducebreakage rate items in the process of loading and unloading, and to promote the developmentof the logistics industry.In this paper, Extensively consult the literatures related to hydraulic lift tailboard ofvehicle learn about overview of this agency, the following research did:(1)Through the analysis of the movement of the hydraulic lift tailboard, the establishmentof a hydraulic cylinder force equation, solved they suffered the most vigorously, and thecorresponding position by MATLAB simulation, and verify the movement of this mechanismfeasibility.(2) Pro/E used to draw a3D model of the hydraulic lift tailboard, and insert intoADAMS, a system dynamics model and kinematics simulation, different actions under thetailboard centroid position, position, velocity curve visually observed the operation of thesystem, to prove the correctness of the model, the reliability of the movement.(3) Through the analysis of the structure of the structural components of the tailboardstatics and dynamics, its static and dynamic characteristics was obtain.(4) Under the conditions ensure that the plate member does not yield, HyperWorksoptimizated tailboard, and obtain its main structure, and optimize the thickness of each platemember, the performance of the structure to be significantly improved.(5) By using ANSYS Workbench, the position of the ribs optimize did, its reasonablelayout position.
