Stationary hydraulic scissors lift platform is one of the major movements of transport equipment. Scissors lift platform performance and service life were direct impacted by its structure and layout of the hydraulic system and control the form. In practical applications, Stationary hydraulic scissors lifting platform must be specific designed since the production line's spatial size and mechanical characteristics. Stationary hydraulic scissors lift platform were used in automatic packaging line of the copper in the material, weight and plastic three position, used to prop up copper from the chain, to achieve the purpose of loading weighing and shaping.In this paper, scissors lift platform of shaping station in copper packaging production line was studied. Method of calculation used to determine the size of the plastic force, use of powerful data processing capabilities MATLB to parametric analysis. According to the actual situation of the production site, finite element analysis on the existing arm scissors lift platform to optimize the design section. Including:(1) The load of stationary hydraulic scissors lifting platform was analyzed. Force calcu-lation method used to determine the size of plastic force. Plastic force included friction and impeding force of copper beans. Numerical method used to determine the size of friction, the mechanical model of sliding friction and rolling friction established then friction coefficient derived approximate formula.(2) Through the scissors-type structure analysis of kinematics and dynamics, determine the relationship between the velocity of hydraulic cylinder piston and lift table vertical speed, then analysis of the stability of lifting Platform. According to analysis, the key parameters of impact on the maximum lifting force cylinder got. MATLAB used to optimize key parameters to make maximum lifting force to the value of the smallest in the lowest position. Traditional methods used in mechanical calculations to calculate the various components of the forces acting in the optimized.(3) Analysis of the scissors arm under the action of the plastic force. Finite element software ANSYS used to analysis the static analysis of arm scissors. Based on the results optimize the cross-section of scissors arm, optimized to reduce the weight of arm scissors and increased stiffness of arm scissors.(4) Through calculation of force of scissors mechanism and optimization of scissors arm and according to the actual situation of the production site to optimize the design of key components of stationary hydraulic lift platform.
