In order to study the structural reliability of Motor Wheel Mine Dumper Wheel Reducer planetary frame,using probability design function of ANSYS, takes Number of planetary axle diameter,the pressure of Planetary gear transmission to Axis and Elasticity coefficient as Random Input Variables, Simulate the randomness of the actual design parameters Components, Use the Monte Carlo method to analysis the planetary frame reliability, get the the stress probability distribution characteristics of the finite element analysis model,Accumulation distributed functional arrangement and Planetary axle design parameters such as diameter, degree sensitivity of stress distribution。Researching conclusion has a certain role in improve structural design of Motor Wheel Mine Dumper wheel reducer,enhances the service life.In order to reduce the weight of Motor Wheel Mine Dumper, raises the Load-bearing efficiency, takes Number of Teeth of the Wheel Reducer sun gear and planetary gear , the modulus, the tooth width as the design variable, take the smallest reducer as optimize objectives, According to the fuzzy reliability theory set the reliability of contact strength and bending strength, and use MATLAB optimization toolbox find the optimal solution. Optimization results show that, under the conditions of the materials used does not change, ensure the transmission ratio and intensity, the volume of wheel reducer reduce 16%, weight reduction of 16kg, the inner diameter of Drive axle end can be reduced 11%,This has important implications for reduce the walking inertia of Mine Dumper, improve the movement flexibility and Loading capacity.
