Withthe call of energy saving and emission reduction becoming more and more popular,regenerative braking recycling technology has been given attention. Theregenerative braking recycling technology has been widely used in electricautomobile. In today’s energy problem is more and more highlights, regenerativebraking energy recovery has become one of the electric car industry developmentgoals.In this paper, the research content is the national high-tech research anddevelopment plan "863" project "plug-in/adding generators of heavy commercialvehicle power train assembly" important component. This paper designedexperimental methods to explore the laws of braking recycling efficiency, andrelated regeneration performance during regenerative braking recycling.Accordingto the requirements of designed test methods, building the braking energy recoverytest bench, and studying recovery efficiency laws. Main research work has thefollowing several aspects.1ã€Expounding the different motor regenerative braking characteristics theoretically,analyzing charge and discharge character and summarizing the influencing factor ofregenerative braking.2ã€Defining the regeneration performance and its related concepts of test in thispaper. Designing test methods and assessment criteria for studying regenerativebraking performance.3ã€Building braking energy recovery test bench and designing the data acquisitionsystem of satisfying test demands.4ã€Debugging the test bench and date acquisition system, and then doing experimentfor studying according to test methods.5ã€Processing test date, summarizing test result. |
