As the pressure of environmental protection and energy crisis, the electric car has become a hot of the automotive industry. As the advantages of blade electric vehicles, regenerative braking system recycling part of the automotive energy has important practical significance to the increase of the driving range and improvement of the dynamic and economic.Electric vehicle test bench is the necessary equipment of development, check and test. It provides a large number of reliable data for electric car parts selection, parameter matching and optimization of control strategies; provides a more realistic model for the electric vehicle parts and vehicle simulation study; reduces the real vehicle test time and improves the efficiency of electric vehicle development.The main work is the successful development of pure electric vehicle regenerative braking regenerative braking test bench to complete the test, collect relevant data and simulation results were analyzed to study the pure electric vehicle regenerative braking characteristics. First, follow the modularization of the entire test bench for functional analysis, and is divided into several sub-modules of flexible and strong, respectively, for the driver input module, power output module, control module, vehicle inertia simulation, load simulation module, data acquisition module, regenerative braking module; such developed test bench has a relatively strong versatility and flexibility, as long as the test object based on minor changes to the corresponding module into the new test can be realized on the test object, compared with the real vehicle test saves the test cycle and test costs; then, using regenerative braking ADVISOR modeling and simulation, respectively, of the motor module, power module, the storage module, a control policy module for modeling; Finally, success development of pure electric vehicles completed regenerative braking test bench trials, collecting relevant data and simulation results were analyzed to obtain a pure electric vehicle regenerative braking characteristics.Pure electric vehicle regenerative braking characteristics to energy recovery, Regenerative Braking Control Strategy, the driving range of electric vehicles provide the basis and reference, research and development of electric vehicles has a positive meaning.
