| Flight simulator could be used in developing new aero planes, and itself, as efficiency equipment,could train high quality polite. Right now there is a great barrier between domestic flight simulatorand oversea countries’. Under the background of projects to developing large aero planes, it is time tobring out our self-made flight simulator.The establishment of accurate civil aviation jet engine performance model could greatly improvethe fidelity of flight simulator, and improve the flight quality of flight simulator. Furthermore, enginefailure modeling could aid the accident investigation on engine failure. According to the modelingrequirements of jet engine in CCAR-60, the engine thrust; low pressure/high pressure rotor speed andexhaust gas temperature model were built individually. The method of Thrust-rating presetting isproposed, the method is attempted to fit the actual needs of civil aviation, and by which, six typicalthrust-ratings were preset to improve the model fidelity while keep the real-time performance.The engine model has been built with Matlab/Simulink then turned into DLL by RTW. Inaddition to the establishment of performance model, two typical failure model including bird strikeand aero-engine flameout were built. In the end, the model was validated with real flight data and theresults show the model is reliable. |
