The engine is the heart of the aircraft. For Flight Simulator, the engine system is the core. Theengine model’s accuracy will directly affect the fidelity of flight simulators. In this paper, using awell-known civil aviation turbofan engine,we establish of the engine system model of the flightsimulator and simulate this system.First, this paper discusses the modeling methods and steps, and introduc the modelingenvironment. Followed by a brief introduction to the works as well as components of the engine, andthe modeling methods to be used are described.This paper use the component level modeling methodto the key components, in order to ensure that the model is able to achieve an effective accuracy.Secondary parts the interpolation fitting directly derived its not necessarily outside the outputcharacteristics. In order to more effectively maintain the similarity with the real engine, this papervery detailed modeling the engine of the controlling logic.Secondly, after finishing enough real aircraft test data,this paper establish engine system modelwith the tools of SIMULINK. Engine system model, depending on the working state is divided into astart-up model, running model, ground off model.At the same time,according to the need of theengine panel displays, respectively, this paper establish the models of oil system and fuel system.Then, in order to be able to demonstrate real-time engine interface Using tools of the Real-TimeWindows Target in the SIMULINK, model of the engine can automatically generates C code. To takeadvantage of the C language, you can develop a real-time demonstration system, you can connect thevirtual instrument, the output parameter display more intuitive.Finally,Simulate and verificate the engine system model. Comparing the simulation data withactual flight data, the results show that the engine model to meet the limits prescribed by the error, theengine model can be applied to the flight simulator.
