Changing the basic structure of the micro-accelerometer can design themicro-accelerometer structure to meet the different performance requirements. Structureoptimization design is the foundation to design the optimal structural properties, topologyoptimization design as a new design method can substantially change the traditionaldesign reliance on experience and experimentation. Micro-accelerometer structure usuallyexist size effect, changes in the physical field has a great influence on the basicperformance of the structure. Considering the multi-physics factors, using multi-objectivetopology optimization to design the structure, is the basic requirements to design thecomprehensive performance structure. This paper researches using multi-objectivetopology optimization method to design micro-accelerometer structure, and by analyzingdishes a parallel multi-objective optimization design method. Considering the temperatureimpact on the structure, use multi-objective parallel optimization design method to designbetter topology.The traditional method of multi-objective optimization design is using weightedmethod, converting the multi-objective to be a single goal to optimize. Multi-objectivetopology optimization design compared the single objective topology optimization designcan consider more design factors, making up for the deficiencies of the single objectivestructural design. In this paper, a multi-objective weighting method is used to design thefirst natural frequency maximum and horizontal anti-jamming capability strongest ofmicro-accelerometer, getting a variety of topologies of different weights. By analyzing thelack of multi-objective weighting topology optimization design method, a parallelmulti-objective topology optimization design method was dished.Parallel multi-objective topology optimization design method is based onmultidisciplinary optimization design ideas, the first multiple single objective independentoptimization, different objective function combined effect the same design elements, thatis coupling effects. Using the coordination system make it tends to be an ideal value.Compared to the multi-objective weighting method, this design method avoids selectionweights coefficient by people. Numerical examples show the correctness of this designmethod.Micro-accelerometer structure generally exist multi-physics problems, such astemperature, current influence the structure. The article analyzes the influence oftemperature on the structure output displacement. Establishing thermosetting-waycoupling output displacement topology optimization model. Using parallel multi-objectivetopology optimization method design the output displacement and natural frequency of the structure, designed a new type of micro-accelerometer structure. Compared the structureby multi-objective weighting method, the multi-objective parallel topology optimizationdesign method is proved correctness once more. While the structure using the paralleldesign even better.
