Study Of Urban Residential Building Energy Consumption Features And Energy-saving Design In Northern Weinan

With the rapid development of the global economy, energy crisis become animportant factor to hamper international cooperation. It’s also an important factor torestrict our development of economy and society. Statistically, the building energyconsumption was in the first place in all types of ones in China, especially in ColdRegion. Therefore, building energy efficiency caught most people’s focus on.As animportant part of construction, county residential building has large proportion and highenergy consumption. Once built, it would affect residents’ future life for several years.It belongs to the civil construction, so does the commercial building. Residentialbuilding, affected by the indoor staff behavior, has greater uncertainty, largercalculation workload and more difficulties. In this paper, the writer made a research onenergy consumption of residential building in Weibei region. It relied on one suitablemeans-actual survey. The actual survey is a direct, simple and reliable means.It made a survey on residential buildings in different year built background anddifferent apartment layout in the area of A and B, which are separated in four countiesof Weibei Cold Region. The statistical analysis shows that the energy consumption ofresidential building takes the seasonal features. At the same time, the writer points outthe energy consumption are different among residents who have different enclosurestructures, different life styles, different annual income, and different concept of energyconsumption. When researching the area of A in Cold Region, she used simulationsoftware DesT to simulate its buildings, analyzed different energy saving scheme for enclosure structures, discussed energy consumption problems existed in those buildings,and put forward energy saving design strategies which illustrated passive buildings forresidential buildings.In this paper, the writer wants to guide readers to have an objective understandingon energy consumption of residential building in Weibei Region. She provides us thecurrent situation of the energy consumption and the development trend of it, and givesus some theory guidance and technology supports on energy efficiency design ofresidential building. She takes some contribution on energy consumption.
