Nowadays,our country's economic construction is developing at a high speed,the level of urbanization is improving constantly,and the building energy consumption is increasing.These have put enormous pressure on our energy supply and environmental protection.Improving the energy condition of existing buildings is one of the effective ways to realize energy conservation.But in the actual energy-saving transformation process,the reform methods are rough and simple.In order to sum up a set of technically reliable and economically suitable methods for energy conservation renovation,improve the efficiency of energy conservation renovation work,and provide enlightenment and help for energy conservation renovation work in the region,this paper studied the energy saving renovation of existing residential buildings in this area taking 103#building in Jiangbin New Village in Zhenjiang for example.In this paper,based on the field test and modeling calculation,the energy consumption of the preparing building was forecast.The evaluation results were used to determine whether the retrofit was necessary,further the goal and plan of energy saving renovation for each item were formulated.Based on the analysis of technology,energy saving and economy and the data provided by energy consumption simulation,the better scheme was selected.After the actual renovation work was finished,the performance test and modeling calculation were used again to evaluate the energy saving level of the renovated building and evaluate the effect of the renovation.The research results show the following:1.Before the transformation,the actual energy saving performance of the main building components did not meet the requirements of energy saving index.Among them the outside window insulation performance and energy conservation index deviation is the largest,the largest deviation-47.9%.The outside window is the weakest part of thermal performance of the external building envelop.The energy consumption per unit area is 36.27kWh/m~2,which is much higher than the requirement of the energy saving index,so the energy saving renovation is necessary.2.Only for outside window,outside wall and roofing renovation,the annual energy consumption per unit area are reduced by 1.86kWh/m~2,7.50kWh/m~2 and7.11kWh/m~2 respectively.It should be a key point to improve the energy saving level of the building through wall and roofing.3.The total annual energy consumption of the renovated building is21.85kWh/m~2,and the energy saving rate is 58.82%,both of which meet the relevant energy saving requirements.4.After the completion of the energy conservation renovation,the annual energy consumption per unit area is 22.93kWh/m~2,which is 13.34kWh/m~2 lower than before the renovation,and the energy conservation rate is 57.06%.Both indicators reach the target of energy conservation renovation.After the actual case studies,the main research methods are performance testing and modeling calculation.Through pre-evaluation,determination of plans,transformation,post-reform evaluation,and the combination of energy-saving diagnosis theory and practice,the weaknesses of energy-saving reform and the focus of transformation work have been discovered,and the set targets for energy-saving transformation have been achieved.The results will provide a suitable reference program for China's existing building energy-saving reform.
