In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,people’s standard of living and quality of life have reached a extremely high level,which also means that the complex building that carries a series of activities such as people’s life,social and commercial activities,should also be developed and innovated to meet the new requirements of the times.In today’s large commercial complex buildings with even millions of square meters,the internal consumer flow,the organization of spatial moving routes and the reasonable layout of business forms become one of the primary considerations in the design of such buildings.Therefore,the design and work related to the flow of people,the moving line and the layout of internal business should be carried out with more stringent standards to promote its continuous development towards a more balanced,precise and rational direction.Based on this,the thesis adopts the literature review method to organize and summarize the various studies on complexes,summarizing the shortcomings of previous studies,and studying the basic relevant theories to seek the breakthrough point of the thesis,exploring the main influencing factors affecting the internal spatial layout of the complexes,so as to build the main framework structure of the thesis.Secondly,the research was conducted through field survey and online information search to select cases that meet the requirements of the thesis,and finally Mianyang Capita Land Plaza,Chengdu Jinniu Wanda Plaza and Changhong International City Plaza were selected as the cases.After that,the author analyzed the spacial moving of consumers and distributed questionnaires to each complex in different time periods.Based on the data and questionnaire results,the author analyzed the spatial business organization,spatial moving and pedestrian behavior of each case,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the cases to provide realistic data support for the subsequent simulation.A simulation analysis of the research case is conducted,and the validity of the case analysis results and the authenticity of the software simulation are verified in both directions.Then the preliminary simulation analysis related to the practice project of Xichang Wanda Plaza is carried out,and problems are found through the simulation analysis,and optimization strategies are proposed in terms of spatial business pattern and moving layout,based on which the final optimization simulation analysis is carried out.Finally,the relevant conclusions of this thesis are drawn:1.Based on the questionnaire research method,the spatial system organization research method and the information obtained from the Internet,this paper conducts field research and analysis on Mianyang Capita Land Plaza,Chengdu Jinniu Wanda Plaza and Mianyang Changhong International City Plaza,and conducts detailed analysis in terms of spatial pedestrian flow density,pedestrian flow lines and business organization,summarizes the current characteristics of the three case complexes,analyzes their existing problems,and extracts the following data The data used in the subsequent simulation,such as the number of pedestrians entering(per hour),the number of consumers passing through important points on each floor,the probability of selecting floors and the probability of selecting stores on each floor,provide a reference basis for the subsequent simulation part of the work.2.To verify the effectiveness of the simulation software,a simulation analysis is conducted for Capita Land in Mianyang.By simulating and analyzing the horizontal pedestrian density,vertical pedestrian density and pedestrian type,and after adjusting the results,the author comes to the conclusion that the simulated data is consistent with the actual research results,and finally concludes that the simulated data is consistent with the field research data,thus verifying the effectiveness of Anylogic simulation software.3.After the introduction of the spatial movement lines and the business format of the Xichang Wanda design scheme,the initial simulation was conducted through three aspects:horizontal flow density,vertical flow density and consumer behavior type,and then two problems in the movement lines were identified: a.uneven distribution of the main and secondary movement lines and b.excessive width of the secondary movement lines;two problems in the spatial layout: a.unreasonable spatial scale and b.unreasonable setting of auxiliary space;and the proportion of different store types on each floor in the business layout.And the proportion of different store types on each floor in the layout of the business.4.Based on the problems found in the initial simulation,the principles and objectives of spatial layout optimization of Xichang Wanda commercial complex are proposed.In terms of spatial layout,the strategies of a.thematic division of each floor and b.stimulating the commercial vitality of the moving line are proposed;in terms of spatial movement lines,the strategies of a.light roof transformation,b.reducing the width of secondary moving lines and c.increasing the entrance of restrooms are proposed.5.According to the optimization strategies proposed in the thesis in two aspects of spatial layout and spatial moving lines,the scheme is adjusted and subsequently the scheme optimization simulation is carried out.After analyzing the simulation results,three conclusions are drawn in terms of horizontal and vertical pedestrian flow analysis and pedestrian types,which makes the internal spatial layout of Xichang Wanda Complex more rationalized.The main innovation of the thesis is that this thesis combines the data from actual case studies to study the relationship between "business format-moving line and customer flow" in large scale complexes.Based on Anylogic simulations,the shortcomings of the existing commercial space layout model are obtained through simulations,and on this basis,the corresponding optimization principles,objectives and strategy are carried out.After that,the simulation of "flow,moving line and business pattern" is carried out to obtain a balanced,precise and rationalized commercial space layout optimization method.On the one hand,it provides a realistic basis for the design and construction of such projects,and on the other hand,it provides a novel idea and method for the study of the spatial layout of large commercial complexes.
