The vertical irregular hybrid structure is increasingly becoming the new darling ofthe high-rise building, especially in super-tall building structure, it has so common. Inthis article, a vertical irregular high-rise hybrid structural model is established by thelarge general-purpose finite element software Sap2000, based on a real verticalirregular high-rise hybrid structure. It is complexly researched and assessed ondynamic characteristics, the seismic response and seismic performance in elastic stageand elastic-plastic stage. And on the basis, the more general regular pattern ofmechanics and seismic response behavior of the vertical irregular high-rise hybridstructure are summarizedThe three dimensional finite element model of the vertical irregular steelreinforced concrete frame-concrete core wall hybrid structure is created by Sap2000according to a actual structure. The dynamic characteristic of the vertical irregularhigh-rise hybrid structure is explored with dynamic characteristic analysis. It is alsoresearched on the effect of the parameters change on its own dynamic performance bychanging structure parameters, and summarized the vertical irregular high-rise hybridstructure general reaction regular.The seismic response reaction of the vertical irregular high-rise hybrid structure atfrequent earthquake by the response spectrum, and summarized the general regular,assessed seismic performance, investigated the rationality of the structure. It is comparedand researched the displacement of the vertical irregular high-rise hybrid structure betweenvertical seismic action and static load action as well as the structural bracing sectionalchange of the lateral displacement under earthquake impact. Furthermore, the dynamic time history analysis is conducted to the vertical irregularhigh-rise hybrid structure, and investigated the transient response behavior in seismic waves,assessed the seismic comprehensive performance. Then, the rationality of the structure is simulatedand verified in case of a real earthquake the lateral displacement of the vertical irregularhigh-rise hybrid structure is also examined under vertical seismic impact at last.Under frequency earthquake and rare earthquake, the performance of the vertical irregularhigh-rise hybrid structure is recorded according to pushover analysis, and assessed thecapacity of the structure. At the same time, the weak story and its condition could bedetermined as well as explored the general regular pattern.
