With the development of science and technology, the relationship between humanand machine is becoming increasingly closer. It has become a trend that many scholarsmake the relationship among human, machine and environment as the start point anddo research on how environment can lead to human error and how to make qualitativeanalysis and quantitative evaluation on human reliability by making the user a part ofthe system.Care for social vulnerable groups has been the important show of Moderncivilization and the harmonious society,the barrier free design For special groupsgradually become the focus of social concern,Nowadays, In the vigorous developmentof information service, the Problems to be solved is that barrier free Interface designof social vulnerable groups in the field of mobile terminal. There are similaritiesbetween physiological and psychological weakness of special groups, and Commonrequirements to mobile terminal equipment. We can infer other things from one fact.This paper presents a new idea that is by making the analysis of user reliability asa start point to elaborate the human error, error model and terminal equipment interfacedesign. It introduces the ergonomic reliability analysis into the studies of mobileterminal interface design. It probes into the failure mechanism, ergonomic division andbehavior analysis in the terminal equipment operation process, then to make analysisof the reliability of the mobile terminal equipment interface.At the end of the study,The elderly population of mobile terminal interfacedesign as an example,we studied how to increase the reliability of man-machinesystem in the MT equipment, improve user experience and reduce the probability ofhuman error occurrence, which will provide new thought and theoretical guidance forfurther research in this field.
