Guyed suspended rocker arm holding pole is a vital mast structure of lifting ofelectric power construction. Because of its unique merits, especially in the field oflarge span tower buildings, Guyed suspended rocker arm holding pole brings itssuperiority into full play. Shaanxi Power Transmission&Transformation Companyindependently creates40m guyed suspended rocker arm holding pole which is neededto be analyzed upon its mechanical property and stability before use to ensure its safetyperformance, such as structural strength and stability during the process of thehoisting construction. This dissertation aims to be a reference for the design andmanufacture of the holding pole and the hoisting construction.The contents are as follows:1. Performing the nonlinear static analysis of the holding pole under severaltypical working conditions from several aspects, such as its wind load of the hoistingconstruction on the basis of working environment, building finite element model withANASYS finite element software, considering geometric nonlinearity and materialnonlinearity. By analyzing the load-carrying capability of the holding pole and itscharacter of displacement, the research find that the holding pole meets the intensiverequirement under several working conditions. And then the author statesannouncements upon the work progress, and provides reinforcing suggestions for theconstructional element with weakness of the holding pole as well.2. In order to forecast the ideal buckling strength of the structure of the holdingpole, performing eigenvalue buckling analysis on it to get the buckling factor basically greater than2, which means the ideal buckling load is usually more than2times of theapplied load value. Its stability meets requirements under several working conditions.Then the transformation of the eigenvalue buckling as an initial imperfection, isapplied1.2times eigenvalue buckling load with tracking post-buckling behavior by arclength method, to analyze the result of the nonlinear buckling. The result is that theholding pole has not yet reached the eigenvalue buckling load with the reason of toomuch displacement on its top.3. Modal analysis is the basic of kinetic analysis. The modal analysis of theholding pole is carried out under various working conditions to exam the dynamiccharacteristics of the structure, and analyze the influence rule of each part of it from allfrequencies. The result shows that the raising angle and the change of rotations anglesof the solid of revolution only influence the holding pole from the forth mode to thesixth mode; the maximum deformation mainly focuses on its top and rocker.4. According to the results of the experiment and finite element calculation fordesign and manufacturing of this arm holding pole and construction puts forwardopinions with reference value.
