Electronic Information Management Of Shaanxi Urban Construction Archives

In recent years, the rapid development of urban construction has brought challenges andopportunities for urban-rural development archives work. The research process and the main conclusions are as follows:First of all, the paper points out the facing serious situation of urban-rural developmentarchives work based on the research of domestic and foreign archives work, and emphaticallyanalysis the personnel composition, organization structure and infrastructure three aspects ofthe cities in Shaanxi province, and points out the main problems in Shaanxi urban-ruraldevelopment archives management, and puts forward the suggestion and solution.Secondly, this paper studies the urban-rural development archives management, urban-ruraldevelopment archives collection management and other related concepts and basic theories,and emphatically analysis the basic theories, management idea and the management pattern ofurban-rural development electronic archives, and puts forward suitable management mode,centralized-decentralized electronic archives management mode, for Chinese urban-ruraldevelopment electronic archives management.Thirdly, the core part of this article, On the one hand, the paper proposes the overallplanning and three stage plan of urban-rural development electronic archives managementimplementation through the analysis of the current problems of Shaanxi urban-ruraldevelopment electronic archives management, describes the standardization managementpolicy of urban-rural development archives work in our province in the future. On the otherhand, the article puts forward a suggest of unified electronic file format based on the study oftechnical implementation of urban-rural development archives management software, andevaluates comprehensively the feasibility and economical efficiency of the managementsoftware.Fourthly, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for urban-rural development archivescollection management through the analysis of the current problems and collection management related working experience in other provinces, and has made the thoroughanalysis of underground pipeline management archives collection and puts forward thedirections.Finally, through the summary, the author points out the key and innovation points and putsforward the research direction for urban-rural development archives work in the future.
