With the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction industry has usheredits"spring"and construction in progress is seen everywhere, resulting in a drastic increase inthe use of scaffold. But at the same time, scaffold accidents during the construction stageoccur frequently, not only causing huge losses to people’s lives and property safety, but aserious impediment to the healthy development of China’s construction industry. Currently,because the steel tubular scaffold with couplers system has the particularities of simpleprocessing, easy handling and versatility, and it is the largest, the most common scaffoldsystem application used in China, accounting for about70%of the total scaffold system, sosecurity research of the steel tubular scaffold with couplers system is very important.Under the guidance of a people-oriented scientific thought, the paper give its accidentprevention measures through in-depth analysing of the causal factors in construction in steeltubular scaffold with couplers system and being combined with practical, so that ultimatelyachieving the purposes of the safety of construction and the successful completion of theproject. The specific contents are as follows:(1) Established the concept of steel tubular scaffold with couplers system(is called forshort"fasteners rack system"). Analyzed accident status, types, and causes of fasteners racksystem accident. Through analysing the security research situation at home and abroad aboutfasteners rack system, raised the problems of our institute, and established the framework ofthe article.(2) Conducted a more in-depth comparative analysis bewteen "Construction of SteelTubular Scaffold Safety Technical Specifications"(JGJ130-2011) and "Construction of SteelTubular Scaffold Safety Technical Specifications"(JGJ130-2001), summed up changes of thecontent in the former specification, pointed out that there’s insufficient, and lay the foundationfor the subsequent research.(3) Through the study of the mechanical characteristics of the basic building blocks ofthe fastener rack system, obtained the structural characteristics of the fastener rack system andthe influence of the structure characteristics for the security of the fastener rack system. Analysed the contents of several fasteners node connection model and its problems, and cometo the reasonableness of the "semi-rigid" connected to the node. Researched some problemsoften neglected in the fastener rack system design calculations, such as the influence aboutpouring concrete path to template support system’s security, the influence about concretestructural resistance degeneration to fasteners rack system in the construction phase, andmaking reasonable suggestions about load value of the fasteners rack system in theconstruction phase.(4) Analysed the formation mechanism and main influencing factors of wind load, giventhe wind load calculation formula of fasteners rack system in related specification, andproposed improvements to the formula, such as the φ value improvements of wind factor.Analysed the influence of wind load to the the fasteners rack system’s stability. Under seismicaction, constructed multi-degree of freedom elastic system model of fastener frame structuralsystem, and established the equations of motion on fastener frame structure system using theknowledge of structural dynamics. Respectively using modal superposition response spectrummethod and base shear method obtained the horizontal seismic action distribution of fastenersframe structural system. Respectively researched the influence of the fires, floods,snowstorms and other factors (such as ice storms, thunder, electrical shock, explosion, etc.) tothe fasteners rack system.(5) Basing on the analysis the characteristics of construction safety management, raisedthe fasteners rack system’s problems in construction safety management and the importanceabout construction safety management to fasteners rack system’s security protection. Givenmethods in construction management to ensure fasteners rack system security, such as theprobability distribution, Fuzzy AHP, the LEC evaluation, the FTA, BP neural network,moreover basing on gray relational method analyzed in more detail the adverse factors whichaffect the security of the fastener rack system on different circumstances, and identified thedegree of adverse factors. Given accident preventive measures on fasteners rack system fromthree aspects of construction technology, construction management, and social policy.
