Rubber particles in asphalt mixture is the break waste rubber into meet certain indicators of rubberparticles, in the form of aggregate directly added to the common asphalt mixture, instead of a part of theaggregate to form a new type of asphalt mixture. Because of the rubber particles with high elasticity, tosome extent changed the status and stress of the pavement surface layer of ice and snow and cement roadsurface condition, so that the rubber particles in asphalt pavement with the de-icing ability. But also makesthe mixture of rubber particles construction change. Are mainly high elastic rubber particles to a certainextent changed the physical properties of asphalt concrete. This needs us to make corresponding change onthe construction technology and breakthrough.Laboratory index, the study of rubber particles in asphalt concrete, Harbin industrial university,wuhan university of technology and some of the chang ’an university research has more mature. However,their research is mainly done in the laboratory characteristics of materials research. In the end, we areapplied to rubber particles in asphalt road surface pavement, so in this paper, we mainly theoreticalresearch on construction technology for asphalt rubber particles. Include mixture, transportation, pavingand rolling all aspects such as construction quality control.(1) mixing of rubber particles in asphalt concreteThrough analyzing the characteristics of rubber particles in asphalt, rubber asphalt concrete mixingprocess and the general asphalt concrete mixer has some special requirements, must first to calibrationstation. Through to the equipment calibration to ensure all kinds of rubber particles in asphalt mixtureaggregate, mineral aggregate and asphalt and rubber particles dosages of precision meet the requirementsof the grading and thus ensure that rubber particles in asphalt mixture pavement deicing performanceperfect embodiment. According to the experiments of rubber particles in asphalt mixture, and availableinformation in our common asphalt concrete mixing scheme and the mixing way different.
