China has used the template support frame mainly contain cuplok template support frame, door typeformwork support frame, fastening board support frame types Steel tubular formwork supports system hasstrong versatility, convenient assembly and disassembly, large capacity, the advantages of integral rigidity,it has become one of the biggest amount of our support system. But because there are many uncertain,insecure factors of fastener type formwork support system in the process of design and calculation, whichleads to high formwork support system collapse accidents, brought very big safe hidden danger for thesafety of construction.China’s current method of calculating support templates are not unified, lack of a reasonable selectioncriteria. This paper studies the current template support frame calculation method. This paper adopts"Technical code for safety of forms in construction" on the template support frame calculation method, theBritish standard template support frame, the calculation method of steel fasteners Shanghai "Safety andtechnology code for level template supporting system with steel tubes and clamps "on the template supportframe, the calculation method of the articulated model template support frame calculation method andconstruction."Technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in construction" on thetemplate support frame method of calculation and the finite element analysis method were used tocalculate the example, on this basis, calculation of reliability calculation method has been selected, thedegree of difficulty and workload size, model as the main evaluation criteria, to assess the template supportframe of each calculation method.Analysis results show that, the numerical support capacity to articulated methods for the calculationof bearing capacity calculation for the lower bound, to "Technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffoldwith couplers in construction" for numerical limit;"Technical code for safety of forms in construction"calculation and simplified model is the most convenient way;"Technical code for safety of steel tubularscaffold with couplers in construction" in the supporting frame height from consideration, scissors andsupport high impact angle, impact than other calculation methods take many factors into account, thesimplified model is more reasonable, should first select the calculation method for carrying capacitycalculation of formwork support frame.
