| In recent years, with the rapid development of cities in China and the urbanizationprocess speed up day by day, the city motorization level unceasing enhancement. And thecontradiction between increasing urban traffic demand and shortage of transportationinfrastructures are have become more complex and an important part in the development ofthe city. More and more scholars began to pay attention to the development of the urbanland-using and transportation interaction in their researches. They also discuss the rationaldevelopment of land resources and transportation system to realize the benign interactionbetween urban economic and social harmonious development. Thus it is worthy issue tofurther discuss and research. Current research mainly focused on solving trafficcongestion problem in large and medium-sized city, while less focusing on the trafficplanning content of development zone in the primary stage. According to characteristics ofthe environment development surrounding Xi’an city, this paper researches the coordinatedrelationship between traffic demand and traffic organizing of Xi’an Chanba ecology districton the basis of analyzing the current internal and international theories and practice.With the process of urbanization and motorization development, urban transportationproblems have become increasingly prominent. The domestic and international research andpractice shows that only the traffic system and the space distribution of coordination is thefundamental way to solve the problem. At present, China’s economy continued to developrapidly, on the one hand, the pace of urbanization is accelerating and the high speed, highdensity, concentration development features of city are obvious. Much using of urban landsshows population density, high strength development of land-using, comprehensivediversity of land-using. Urban layout forms compact concentration and other significantfeatures. On the other hand, the mechanization process also continues to accelerate, andtraffic demand surge. Many regional transportation systems are in period of transition fromthe walking and bicycle as main components of traditional traffic structure to mechanizetraffic structure. All kinds of traffic problems and contradictions of urban land-using areprominent. With double challenges putting forward, the research of relationship between urban traffic planning and traffic demand become important topic scholars discussed. Thisarticle choose Xian Chanba Ecology District(CBE) as the research object in this context. Atfirst it researches CBE spatial structure and land-using situation, on the basis of relationshipbetween traffic demand and both urban spatial structure and the land-using. And forecast thecharacteristics of traffic demand. According to the traffic demand characteristics, this articleputs forward effective traffic organization method. In addition, this paper also analyzes andsummarizes the traffic demand characteristics of Xi’an Expo and traffic organizationmethods while summarizing the experience of traffic organizing during the largeactivities. |
