In this study, face the dilemma of A, B waste polymer material is difficult to deal with,preparating thermoplastic elastomer through certain process, as additive performance ofasphalt and asphalt mixture, in order to achieve the double effect of harmless, resourcerecycling utilization of waste materials and improve asphalt and asphalt mixtureperformance.It has very important practical significance for sustainable development ofChina’s economy,and ease the pressure on the environment.through the research on the elastoplastic asphalt modified by key parameters of process,the reasonable plastic bitumen modification of preparation process was determined, andanalyzing the elastic-plastic asphalt modified mechanism. At the same time, through theanalysis of the physical form of elastic plastic in the mixture,Propose the mechanism ofimproves the performance of mixture in dry mix asphalt is dispersion, reinforcement, dense,interlocking and tackifying effectBase on the investigation results, and made further research on the key technology of drymix which more conducive to environmental protection. analysis the impact of dosage andGrading types in the mixture through the pavement performance comparison; through theelastic contrast between thermoplastic elastomer modified asphalt and other modified way ofmixing the mixture, the elastoplastic analysis of asphalt mixture in the practical applicationaspect superiority, provides the theory basis for the further promotion of thermoplasticelastomer in road materials.The results showed that: under the condition of certain amount, thermoplastic elastomercan significantly improve asphalt viscosity, low temperature ductility, reduce its sensitivity totemperature, effectively improve the performance of asphalt. The dry mixing process cansignificantly improve the road performance of asphalt mixture, and has the advantages ofsimple process, low energy consumption, economic and environmental advantages, has greateconomic and social benefit, also has very broad application prospects.
