The asphalt pavement occupies a large proportion in chinese road,but in the use of the process because of the aging effect from the natural environment and the external load the pavement performance of asphalt mixture with the passby of time has changed,until it difficult to meet the road performance requirements.So in order to meet the road pavement performance also achieved sustainable development of energy saving,recycling technology of asphalt mixture research emerged and became the general trend.This paper is based on the expansion project of G326 in the city of Bijie in Guizhou province,consider the RAP and raw material in the local started the research for the road performance of the hot in plant recycling of asphalt mixture;Study on the influence of large amount of RAP to the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio and the new asphalt in the gradation design,the results showed that RAP content increased the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio and reduce the consumption of the new asphalt at the same time.Secondly,research the road performance and the durability performance of the Hot in plant recycling of asphalt mixture with a large amount of RAP,put forward the durability attenuation rate and the durability attenuation rate ratio to indicate the influence from the amount of RAP and the stress ratio to the durability of the recycled mixture.This paper slao put forward the actual durability prediction model of the recycled mixture.In the end,through on-site paving road test of the plant hot recycled asphalt mixture with high amount of RAP puting forward the production process and construction technology.The testing of the completed road was excellent.Providing the basis and reference for the hot plant recycled mixture production and construction with high amount of RAP.
