The highway is the inevitable product of economic development, and its constructionreflects a national and regional level of development of traffic, and even the overall level ofeconomic development. Current rapid pace of highway construction, highway tollmanagement changes speed is also very fast, toll management is moving in the efficient,accurate, fair, transparent and intelligent direction constantly forward. But now the provincehighway toll management there are still some problems, such as congestion charging station,evasion phenomenon.Based on the need for economic development in Shaanxi Province and the futurelong-term development of highway construction planning requirements, in the full analysis ofthe development of toll roads in our province is currently present situation and problems,based on the technical aspects of interconnection charges and management level two aspectsof the analysis suggest. At the technical level is mainly for toll collection system hardwaredevices and software suggestions and recommendations to develop ETC toll; managementlevel mainly the province for the current highway toll network center management madeseveral suggestions:1, improve regulatory charges strengthen regulations publicity;2, toimprove the current charging method, the cash charges and non-cash charges distinguishmanagement.3, to improve the quality of personnel supervision and charges.
