With the rapid development of our economy, crushing equipment application areas aregradually expanding, widely used in building, metallurgy, chemical and engineeringindustries. At the same time,the requirements of various aggregates of size quality are gettinghigher and higher,especially highway, airport, dam construction, therefore, cone crusher forcrushing grain size has characteristics of good quality and is widely used. Since the middle oftwentieth Century, China has copied successfully, but has not been greatly improved. And itstechnical level still stays at the first or second generation, and production capacity isrelatively low, so the aggregate production costs much greatly. In order to reduce the cost ofaggregate production, improving the cone crusher production capacity is the most effectivesolution.In order to improve the production capacity of domestic cone crusher, the paperprofoundly expounds the working mechanism, the cone crusher’s laminated theory andkinematics characteristics, and sets up the cone crusher productivity model through thecollection and analysis of the latest research results in crushing equipment field at home andabroad. With the analysis of the impact of working parameters of cone crusher productioncapacity and structure parameters, and in the basic of the ANSYS simulation softwareplatform, this paper optimizes some relevant parameters of cone crusher optimization,improves their production capacity in theory, lays a good foundation for the furtherdevelopment of domestic cone crushing equipment. This paper mainly includes the followingmain work and conclusions:(1)Based on several kinds of crushing equipment, this paper analyses the workingprinciple and characteristics of the combined with processing system of the Nuozhadu damfor hydropower station in coarse crushing, broken and finely of the actual situation. Draw aconclusion: the factor of constraining the whole production processing system is theproduction capacity of a cone crusher.(2) For material in cone crusher in the crushing cavity movement way in-depth research,the paper explores crushing cavity material movements how to affect production capacitysituation, and layered fracture theory is put forward, and the crushing force in each layerbroken area is analyzed, and this paper provides theoretical basis for the design of the conecrusher. Through motion analysis of cone broken mobile cone, it obtains the swinging motionunder different condition. (3)Under the analysis of influence of structural parameters of cone crusher productioncapacity and operating parameters, and in the basis of the motion characteristics of thecrushing cavity material, the paper establishes cone crusher productivity theory calculationmodel and the correctness of the model, which are based on the ANSYS software platform.Furthermore,the paper establishes the geometric model of the cone crusher chamber,simulates the process of cone crusher ore through the software analysis and calculation of orein the crushing cavity model by the stress change. Finally, through the optimization of thecone crusher cone swing speed of N, the length of parallel L, dynamic beta parameters ofcone angle α B and precession angle value, this paper ends up with the aim of improving theproduction capacity of cone crusher.
