The cone crusher is an important machinery for the crushing of rock material in metallurgical mining industry.In recent years,with the emergence of new technology of "more crushing less grinding",saving energy and reducing consumption,and improve the work efficiency will become an important index in the cone crusher design production,is a trend in the development of modern technology of cone crusher.Relatively weak domestic crusher mechanism research,working performance compared with advanced foreign models differ greatly,large energy consumption in the crushing process,crushing efficiency is low,broken is difficult to meet the needs of the industrial product quality,seriously restrict the development of our country's economy.This forced the us at the same time of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology,also should actively innovation,pioneering spirit,study the characteristics of the cone crusher and the optimization of the structure function,and USES the advanced crushing principle of rock materials are broken.This article to Sweden sandvik company production of H8800 cone crusher as the research object,by studying the classic rock breaking theory and repose of the material in the crushing cavity movement characteristics,determine the main structural parameters affecting the performance of H8800 cone crusher.EDEM discrete meta-analysis software is used to simulate the whole process of falling,squeezing,breaking and breaking of granite rock in the dynamic rotation and extrusion of cone crusher.In this paper,Inventer software is used to establish a 3d simulation model of H8800 circular cone crusher,which is imported into EDEM software.In this paper,the classical theory is replaced by discrete element particles,and the application of c++ software is applied to prepare the API files,and the simulation of the discrete rigid body particle replacement process is completed.Through the bonding model,the two particle models of Fraction particle and Whole grain were defined to simulate the crushing process of the broken granite of H8800 cone crusher.Then swing speed,precession cone Angle is set to the variable,respectively in the different dynamic cone rotational speed and precession angular of cone crusher to simulate the working state of the system,and finally get the number of particles in contact with the moving cone plate,binding key,dynamic force situation with the changes of time,have to out with the increase of rotational speed of cone crusher system could improve the work efficiency,but will accelerate moving cone plate and fixed cone plate wear and tear;Increasing the precession Angle can improve the production capacity of the crusher,but the overall performance of the cone crusher will decrease.The results of this paper will provide a reference for the production design of cone crusher.
