At present,the demand for sand for building in the world is increasing at a rate of 5% per year,and the natural sand are gradually decreasing.For this reason,governments at all levels in China have formulated very strict mining restrictions or prohibitions.The contradiction of increasing shortage and demand for building sand is becoming prominent.Not only can raw material be crushed by cone crushers,but also waste aggregate can be processed into building sand,so as to meet the needs of the demand.The dissertation is based on VC1300 cone crusher as study object.In order to meet the requirement of large output,the following study was carried out for the difficulties that optimizing the key design parameters of the crusher and establishing the crushing force solution model.First of all,the structure and working principle of the cone crusher and mantle movement regulation are analyzed,which is explored to lay the foundation for a virtual prototype.Based on constructing the bonded particle model,the breakage process of cone crusher was simulated analyzing the bouncing behavior.By analyzing the force distribution of the mantle,the result shows that the closer to the bottom of the crusher,the greater the crushing force.Secondly,in order to increase the production,an orthogonal test was designed,and each factor was analyzed significantly,and the optimal parameters were obtained through the comprehensive balance method.The rotational speed is 425 rpm,CSS is 31 mm,eccentric angle is 2.05°,base angle of cone is 54°.Based on the interparticle breakage theory and the motion law of granular material.A new method was used to design the cavity shape curve,which was drawn by MATLAB program,and the method was verified by using simulation experiments.Finally,in order to ensure that rolling bearings can meet the requirements of the cone crusher,a new method for solving the compressive force is proposed.Based on the principles of rolling bearing selection,the tpyes of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are determined.
