With China’s reform and opening up, to join the world trade organization, the domestic many cities get rapid development, forcing many industry demand for crushing materials of increasing sharply.Cone crusher as the main equipment of crushing material, its work performance directly influences the national economy and the company benefits.Cone crusher in under the action of impact load, dynamic cone plate and cylindrical roller bearing is easy to damage, frequent replacement of parts, however, not only reduces the production efficiency, but also increased the cost of production, so the damaged component of cone crusher statics analysis, fatigue life prediction and analysis of vibration characteristics, to further increase the compressive strength of damageable parts life and wear resistance provides a theoretical basis and analysis.Based on the type PLM1500 I cone crusher as the research object.First of all, based on the theory of laminated crushing analyzed PLM1500 I type cone crusher in the crushing force along the direction of moving cone bus distribution and crushing force distribution in the broken layers, and the relevant mathematical calculation model was established, to accurately calculate the PLM1500 I type cone crusher in the work under the condition of extrusion force provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, based on 3 d software Solidworks, PLM1500 I type cone crusher of the relevant model was set up, then imported to ANSYS Workbench, exerting crushing force calculated based on the theory of laminated crushing, carry on the static finite element analysis, analysis of damageable parts under the action of impact load stress and strain characteristics.Again, the fatigue life of damaged parts material is obtained by the experimental data, using ANSYS Workbench simulation platform for the component fatigue life analysis, predictive evaluation of damageable parts under the action of impact load fatigue life, and to provide a reference basis for the optimization design of the parts. Then, the vibration characteristics of PLM1500 I type cone crusher were analyzed, and the analysis on the vibration source of incentive components under the action of natural frequency and modal characteristics, avoid because resonance caused by the damage of components.Finally, based on PLM1500 I type cone crusher work characteristics and the results of the analysis, a optimizing design scheme has been put forward for the to damaged parts, then compare the performance of the parts before and after optimization, it is concluded that the optimized parts strength and service life are superior than the money.
