In recent years, with the rapid growth of China’s national industrial economy, leading tothe increase in energy demand. Coal as a source of life power generation enterprises in China,its demand is also increasing year by year, but by the coal and electricity supply and demand,coal mixed transportation uneven distribution of resources and other factors affect the cost ofproduction of the Power Generation Group is also growing. In this case, the rationalallocation of blended transportation resources and coal-fired power generation companies toreduce costs and increase profits.This study proposes a blended global group-based management of coal-fired schedulingponder, in order to effectively reduce the cost of power generation, considering the transportand blended the two aspects of the cost of power generation and analysis, research andoptimization. Article analysis of all aspects of starting the whole process of the coal-firedpower generation costs and boiler combustion safety and determine the detailedmathematical model. By analysis of the coupling characteristics of coal-furnace and thecost of the blended of coal-fired, establish burning mathematical model based on safety andenvironmental protection economic coal-fired, respectively, using the brute-force method,simple genetic algorithm for optimal value. By establishing the coal transportationscheduling model, looking to determine the optimal coal plant in the lowest price of coalsource and transport path, and at the same time using a simple genetic algorithm for optimaltransport path, solve the Group’s coal-fired unified deployment of the lowest-cost.On this basis, the use of NET MVC framework and SQL database managementinformation systems platform the Development Group coal-fired unified deploymentcombination. The system is able to complete the whole process of information reflects theburning of coal from the mine to the boiler economy blended with reasonable dispatch andpower plants safety guidance on our coal resources, which can reduce the Group’s coal costs, improve work efficiency to achieve energy conservation social benefits.
