| As a widely used device in electric system, the current transformer has a big market.However, the various performance indicator and the complicate step-up/down proceduremake the traditional manual inspection inefficient. The automatic test system designed forthe current transformer avoid the tedious manual inspection. So, how to design currenttransformer automatic verification system to facilitate system development, maintenance,and possible upgrade has become a problem necessary to be solved. By analyzing theoperating process of the operating process of existing current transformer, solving theproblems emerged during the developing and maintenance of the system, the goal ofimproving the automatic test system is achieved.At first, a real automatic test system for the current transformer was introduced onthree aspects. They are hardware, operating process and system interaction. Then themathematic model was established according to the operating flow chart of the system tofacilitate the analysis of business processes. The key points in designing such systemswere also summarized based on the demands revealed during development, adjustmentand operation of the system. After this, based on the general principles of Weak Couplingand Open-Closed Principle, using the object-oriented developing method, the logical layerand interface layer were separated. Then logical base class and interface base class areestablished to assist the design of the system. At last, the design was verified on a realsystem.The proposed method can provide certain guidelines in the design of the automaticcurrent transformer test system with good flexibility and extensibility. And as it is basedon a thorough understand of the system, it can offer help to the onsite construction. |
