The manufacturing industry is the core industry to promote world economic growth. Currently,there is still a big gap between the level of manufacturing industry in China and other countriessuch as USA, Germany, and Japan etc.. On the one hand; this is due to the late start of Chinesemanufacturing industry. On the one hand, the low utilization of labor, weak technologicalinnovation capability and poor management lever are the more important reason. China is apopulous country with a huge amount of knowledge resources which need better management anduse as the important wealth of enterprises. This paper proposed the idea and method ofmanufacturing enterprise knowledge resource allocation, described the design method ofknowledge resource allocation system, and provided new ideas of optimization enterpriseknowledge resource allocation.The research work was supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (71071081,70771051), Soft Science project of Zhejiang Science and Technology Plan (2011C035035),Zhejiang Science and Technology Plan (2012C21006), Natural Science Foundation project ofZhejiang Province (Y6090385). Costumed method of knowledge resource allocation service orientedbusiness process was proposed and modeled. Based on the model, three knowledge recourseallocation methods were described to allocate the optimal knowledge resource for business process,as case-applied knowledge resource allocation, expert group knowledge recourse allocation andcomplex network knowledge recourse allocation. The knowledge resource allocation systemdesign framework was studied.Firstly, the background and significance of this study was introduced and the research situationrelated to knowledge management, complex networks, case application and knowledge resourcemanagement was described. The thesis main content and framework were also given.Secondly, system architecture structure was designed based on five levels such as operational activities implementation, business process modeling, knowledge needs customization, knowledgenetwork construction and knowledge resource allocation. Project-based knowledge-demand modelwas proposed for business process and knowledge resource allocation service oriented knowledgeresource modeling methods were studied.Thirdly, Case-applied knowledge resource allocation, expert group knowledge recourseallocation and complex network knowledge recourse allocation were proposed as three knowledgerecourse allocation methods. Modeling and description of the case, the needs customization of thecase, case retrieval and case-applied configuration were described in the first method. Expert groupconfiguration and method framework route were discussed in the second method. Knowledgeresources collaboration network Configuration, knowledge module division method and nodeconfiguration were studied in the third method.Finally, the structure of the knowledge resource allocation system was designed, including thedesign of the overall system and functional modules. The knowledge resource allocation systemwas developed based on C/S framework to implement part of the system function modules.
