Manufacturing industry has created material wealth and social civilization. Today’s manufacturing industry is not a simple product manufacturing model, it has changed to the "manufacturing+service" mode, innovation and service has become the direction of the development of the entire manufacturing industry. Manufacturing is undergoing profound changes. ①The traditional manufacturing value chain has been expanded constantly, and its coverage gradually extended to the service area, manufacturing and service gradually from the processing manufacturing field. ②The value chain of a single enterprise is shortened, and the enterprise is more focused on the improvement of its core competitiveness. By providing service production or production services, and more closely collaboration, more detailed division of labor, not only in the enterprise to reduce the cost, but also to provide customers with products and application solutions.According to the relevant literature, research, development and use of the status quo related product service system, this paper has designed and developed a complex equipment manufacturing enterprise product service system, trying to solve the current traditional manufacturing enterprises in the product service efficiency is not high, including the traditional personnel assignment method and maintenance service knowledge management.The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background, research significance, gives the relevant definition, introduces the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the framework and main research contents of this paper.The second chapter is the overall design of the complex product maintenance service system based on knowledge resources. The core business process is analyzed and designed, and the overall structure of complex manufacturing equipment enterprise product service system is described, and the system is described.The third chapter is the maintenance service of complex products based on tacit knowledge. Most of maintenance knowledge is tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge of maintenance mainly exists in the mind of the maintenance personnel, so we should carry out a reasonable assignment according to the distribution of tacit knowledge of maintenance. Then according to the actual situation of the complex manufacturing equipment enterprises, the personnel assignment model based on the learning effect is proposed.The fourth chapter is the maintenance service of complex products based on explicit knowledge, which expounds the classification, source and method of maintenance service knowledge, and according to these, some useful knowledge is found out.The fifth chapter is the realization of complex product maintenance service system based on knowledge resource and the case of the practical application. First, the system implementation is described in detail, including the realization of the system framework, function modules, interface design, database, etc., and then according to the research and analysis of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd to make the system.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect. First of all, the article summarizes the main work and innovation points, and finally the future work is prospected.
