In liquid flow ingredients industry, such as medicine, chemicals, and etc, along with theenterprises to enhance the competitiveness of products, product quality and more stringentrequirements, batching process more standard, which makes the traditional weighing andbatching system is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises. Liquid automatic batching systemwith the development of science and technology has gradually replaced the traditional way, thecontrol accuracy of liquid flow control instrument as the core liquid automatic batching systemdirectly influences the quality of the products. Industrial liquid flow measurement and controldevices to use precision decided by each part of the equipment basic error component of thesystem, in order to improve the accuracy of quantitative flow control, this paper studies on theliquid flow measurement and control equipment core liquid flow control instrumentcompensation method, and its accuracy analysis.This paper introduces the present situation of industrial liquid flow ingredients, analyzes thepresent situation and development trends of domestic and international research. Then we putforward a combination of liquid flow measurement technology, liquid flow compensationtechnique of liquid flow control instrument design and error analysis method. This design mainlyincludes: overall design of control system; software design of control instrument. Through thetest process specification and rational analysis of the error, to determine the design meet theliquid flow ingredients industry demand for liquid flow proportioning accuracy.
