| This dissertation investigates in Intelligent Traffic System (ITS), which is used for modern traffic system. With the rapid development of computer technology in the information age, the application of the computer technology has been widely available in every field of the economy and society life. In face of the growing transport networks, as well as the rapid increase of the transportation, there is an urgent need for more effective transportation systems management. In this case, Intelligent Traffic System emerges with the tide of the times and has developed quickly.In this paper, based on traffic flow model, the infrared detection system, AT89C52 microcontroller, wireless data communication unit are used to design a set of intelligent traffic control system, which is based on traffic flow detection. This system can adjust corresponding phase delay time according to the road traffic. At the same time, several intelligent algorithms are proposed, and the effectiveness of these methods is verified by simulation experiments. The research of this dissertation is summarized as follows:1. A theoretical analysis of traffic flow model is proposed in this paper. Traffic flow^ projection is very important in the design process of intelligent transportation algorithm. In this paper, three commonly used parameters of traffic flow analysis are presented, traffic flow, traffic flow speed and traffic flow density. A single lane road vehicle queue is analyzed with common mathematical model, and the linear and the nonlinear mathematical models for them are given respectively, which provides a theoretical basis for the further engineering application.2. The design of intelligent traffic control system based on the traffic flow detection is investigated. The traditional way to control the traffic lights usually adopts timing distribution. The road traffic jam phenomenon is often happened when there are too many vehicles crossing a certain direction. According to the requirements of the intelligent control system, this paper designed an intelligent traffic control system, in which the intersection traffic lights match the traffic flow information. The hardware and software components are given respectively, and the effectiveness of this proposed system is verified by several experiments;3. The application of fuzzy control in intelligent traffic control system is investigated. Urban traffic system is a nonlinear and time-varying system, which has characteristics of strong randomness and complexity. The application of the traditional forecast model is very difficult to describe and control the system in real time. This paper investigates a kind of plane intersection of multiple phase intelligent fuzzy control system. According to the manual control experience learning and the simulation of artificial control traffic, the intersection traffic green light can change with the traffic flow, which effectively improves the efficiency of road transport vehicles;4. The research of intelligent traffic control system based on GIS is investigated. Geographic information system, which was developed in the mid-1960s, has been widely used in the intelligent traffic control system. Traffic information is closely related to the geographic location, and it has obvious spatial properties. Thus, it is widely applied in the intelligent transportation system. This paper introduces an intelligent traffic system based on GIS with three layers, and the data mining technology is utilized to realize the inner relationship of large amounts of traffic systems. This method can largely improve the use efficiency of GIS data. |
