At present, some manufacturershave developed a few axle load weighing equipments according to market demand, but theyused a wired connection,there is a laid inconvenience,the cables often damaged and otherissues, this issue based on user demand for vehicle axle weighing,designed and implementedbased on Wi-Fi wireless portable vehicle axle weighing system,on which the key issues areanalyzed,designed and implemented the system, the main contents include:1This issue analyzes the determination of the position of the center of gravity of the carand the plate load cell structural features,a method of weight weighing system wasdesigned;2Designed based on WIFI high-precision data acquisition modules,use the plate loadcell as signal source,using high-precision and highly integrated24bit sigma-delta analog todigital converter to capture the weight signal,combined with Wi-Fi wireless technologyachieve a wireless direct communication between each weighing plate laptops and computer;3Using Visual Basic6.0technology to complete the preparation of systemsmanagement software,and tested it.Field test results show that: the system developed in this issue is stable and reliable,inuse of the weight fees,rule over governance in areas such as overload limits,it can meet theneeds of practical engineering applications.
