With the rapid economic development, car is a necessary means of transport forpeople, already deeps into every household. The modification of the wheel hub becomesthe focus of fans increasingly. Nowadays, the market of wheel hub has some seriousproblems such as the confusion of hub style classification, the homogeneity of wheel hubproduct. In order to solve above questions, this paper classifies the wheel hub existed onthe current market by style. We summed up the nine basic style of wheel hub throughresearch: personal type, sport type, sedate type, simple type, nature lovely type, tough type,rich and gorgeous pattern, retro type, and bionic type.The nature of this study is the research on hub style classification by continuouslyadding a large number of pictures to the repository hub, optimized hub style classifications.Meanwhile, it can help non-professional users to design their own wheels picture ofmeeting the aesthetic requirements by the operation of expert systems. All users arepermitted to achieve the hub-style redesign with a relaxed state in a more humaneinteraction interface, and this paper also can provide inspiration for the designer’s productinnovation.Firstly, the current research status of graphics expert system is expounded. It is clearthat the intelligent computer can simulate human feelings and thinking ability, it cancomplete the task through computer automated design according to the set command.When presenting your favorite style, expert systems will automatically extract from theknowledge base with a similar style picture for owners to choose, the final selection ofyour favorite wheel hub style will via a more detailed division.Secondly, the basic classification of the wheel hub style on the market is summarizedbased on the basis of inductive investigation. The style is redefined, and the necessity ofstyle classification is explained.Once again, the application of clustering algorithm in product design is elaborated,the hub points of interest is extracted through RIP, RTI+RIP, and DIP three methods. Thevisual vocabulary is concluded, providing valuable resources for the innovation of the product.Finally, the visual vocabulary is used to the innovative design of the product.
