Environmental testing equipment and autoclaving device is used to ensure productquality and protect people’s health from the bacteria. It is an indispensable test equipment. Itis pretty important to verify the accuracy of this type of test equipment and temperature,humidity measurements. Getting the precise temperature and humidity information has anecessary significance.Our GMP (internationally known as the "Good Manufacturing Practice") and the WorldHealth Organization and the current EU GMP standards EN554clearly defined that thesterilization temperature and time on the dry heat and moist heat sterilization equipment mustbe validated. The International Standards Committee established the "International MedicalStandards Committee" and the "International Committee of disinfection." In recent years, theChinese government also put an emphasis on the development of pharmaceutical equipmentmanagement, quality control, and medical measurement of health testing of medicalequipment.According to this situation, some traditional standard measuring and testing equipmentnow widely used will not meet the validation requirement. This kind of equipment is heavilydependent on the operator’s experience and can not accurately give the most convincing data.Using the modern electronic technology to achieve wireless transmission of sensor datastorage and acquisition intelligence. The "temperature, humidity wireless detection device",obtain the time and duration of truly intuitive detection and test results through the curves,figures and a true record of the physical parameters (temperature, humidity, etc.), verify theaccuracy and reliability directly.The design uses MSP430microcontroller as the controller. Using temperature andhumidity sensor to connected a plurality of temperature and humidity sensor nodes to MCUand form a distributed system via a single bus. Real-time detection of changes in temperatureand humidity of each node can be achieved by controller via the temperature and humiditysensors. Using nRF24L01module to send and receive data. Temperature information detectedcan be back to a PC through the serial port back, so that detect the entire system remotely.
