In the modern power system,the conventional manual inspection method requires the inspector to manually carry out the measurement with the handheld infrared thermometer.With the increase of the power grid scale,the power supply radius,the power transmission capacity,and the reliability requirements of the power supply from users,this method becomes time consuming and laborious.Besides,the accuracy of temperature measurement and temperature measurement efficiency are difficult to guarantee in this method.To overcome the difficulties we mentioned above,we focus our study on the improvement of speed,accuracy and effectivity in measuring the temperature of the transformer and the junction temperature in the high voltage switchgear.In this paper,a design scheme of wireless transmission alarm system based on infrared temperature measurement principle is proposed to overcome the danger and complexity of traditional substation temperature measurement.We also introduce the working principle of infrared temperature measurement module and wireless transmission module in this paper.In addition,the hardware component and the monitoring interface of the host software of the infrared temperature measurement alarm system is designed.The system is subdivided into three parts: a temperature acquisition and transmission subsystem,a data reception and display subsystem,and a host computer.The temperature collection and transmission subsystem is nested on a high voltage switch cabinet.After the node temperature data is collected by the MLX90614 infrared temperature measurement module,it is sent to the data reception and display subsystem through the n RF24L01 wireless transmission module which is installed on the wall of the high voltage room.After that,the LCD screen of the data reception and display subsystem displays the temperature information and uploads it to the host computer for monitoring.When the node temperature rises abnormally to the warning value and alarm value set by the system,the data transmission part and the upper computer monitoring software can automatically alarm,and the LCD screen in data transmission part displays the alarm temperature to remind the inspector of viewing and taking certain measures to avoid accidents.Compared with the conventional scheme of equipment temperature collection,the infrared temperature alarm system proposed by this paper can not only improve the measurement accuracy,but also reduce the human operation.Hence,the safety of the system is improved,and the cost is reduced.This system can solve the difficulty of monitoring the temperature of the substation to a certain extent,and has certain reference significance. |
