With the exhausted of nature source and deteriorated of environment, the greentechnology has important meanings in the field of traffic application. The traditional vehiclewill be tending to electronic vehicle in future life. But in the field of energy shortage, storagebattery technology is the limitation of commercial use. Both of the speed and effect ofrecharge don’t satisfy practical require.This dissertation has a general discription about the function and kinds of storage batteryand operation principle, as well as traditional charging and volume detection method.Basedon three principle of Mas J.A, we come up with an idea of fast recharing method for presentstorage battery and its realizing process presentation. At the fundamental of researching andanalyzing of charging for shortage battery and the requirements of electronic vehicle, thedissertation designed and realized a condition detection device based on advanced capacityreal time monitoring technology, and expounding the principle of pulse recharging circuit,discharging protection and switch drive protection circuit, as well as actual argumentconfiguration, sampling circuit of current and voltage, collecting circuit of temperature design,and some other modules power supply which has relationship with the system. And the designof DSP control, clock circuit, power supply and liquid crystal and button circuit. This designof system has realized the purpose of fast and intelligence recharging.In the field of circuit design, we simplified the structure of recharging switching powersupply, reduced the energy dissipation component amount, and enhanced the efficiency ofpower supply. For the discharging circuit, the main function is to detect the capacity ofstorage battery. The capacity detection module is one of the most important parts. It is basedon constant current discharging. DSP control the circuit by discharging in voltage and current,and following the voltage and current from storage battery to realize data communication andupper computer monitor and manage.At same time, this dissertation has established the lower data colleting platforms andbattery status detection and monitor platform based on upper computer, with battery capacitydetection and upper computer battery status display, data statistics, and storage battery on line detection. In the part of battery capacity detection, we added battery performance accurate andcomplete characteristic detection. The upper computer manage software is based on VCdevelopment platform on Windows XP, and we used the concept of modules designing. Eachmodules realizes real time monitor function by DSP, and make an exchange agreementbetween up and down level, to realize data storing, inquiring and other functions, enhancemanage level message.The preliminary checkout of system shows that this system is easy to installation andtrial run, and reliable and stable when running; the data transmission is accurate, and theoperation interface is friendly. The expectant goal and requirements is achieved, and providefoundation for future improving and perfection.
