As a kind of electronic system failure effect, electromagnetic pulse interferencehas great destruction, and it has become a military attack means. Its effects anddefense is a hot issue in recent years. Solid state relay in the weapon equipment,aerospace systems, is often one of the key components of system equipment. solidstate relay immunity to electromagnetic pulse determines the electronic systemcomposed of the pulse environment ability to survive in the strong electromagnetic.Therefore, it has very high research value effect and optimization of pulseelectromagnetic design of solid state relay.The main way of electromagnetic interference into the radiation andconduction interference. This paper studies the electromagnetic radiationinterference effects on solid state relay. The shielding effectiveness of solid staterelay shell material is calculated, the shell material has good shielding effect, useCST-Microstrips software to establish a solid state relay in the electromagneticpulse shielding effect of joint simulation model of interference in its shell wassimulated, thus on the theoretical calculation, evidence of good shielding effect ofsolid state relay.
