Building shading technology is not only one of the main measures to regulatebuilding interior thermal comfort environment, but also an important eco-technologyto reduce building energy consumption, therefore, it is of great significance to thebuilding climate adaptation and China’s energy-saving work. Nanchang is a typicalsummer and cold winter climate zone, the climate condition is relatively abominable,in addition, people’s awareness of energy conservation is still relatively weak,therefore, many of the existing residential buildings in nanchang which are notconsidered building energy saving are the high-energy construction. However, at thecurrent stage, in the field of the domestic researches on building shading especiallythe energy-saving effect, most researches are lack of test data obtained byexperimental analysis and the relevant comprehensive evaluation.Aiming at those problems above, in this article, through literature retrieval,theoretical analysis, experimental research and energy consumption of the simulationanalysis software and other ways, the fixed shading design strategies are explored toguide the building energy saving design in nanchang. The main research contents andconclusions of the article are as follows:(1)Based on the interrelated theories, through building the platform of thebuilding shading test device, the experimental simulating light source is utilized to testthe effect of horizontal visor, vertical visor of the southern outer window on thetemperature and the air conditioning energy consumption of the study system. Thedifferences of different shading effect of energy are analyzed. Meanwhile, theexperimental system data error and uncertainty are analyzed to determine rationalityof the experimental data. The experimental results show that both the horizontalsunshade and vertical shading can improve thermal comfort and reduce the energyconsumption of air conditioning system. But the horizontal shading measures aremore suitable for the southern outer window in nanchang.(2)The residential energy consumption simulation software DEST-h is utilized to simulate a simplified model of building in nanchang. The energy consumption of airconditioning, peak energy consumption through the outer window of the simulationroom as well as the room natural room temperature under different occasions are alsocompared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the southern and northerndynasties are better for the building exterior windows in nanchang, at the same time, areasonable selection of the sun-shading manners and with dark sunshade componentparts are advantageous to maximum energy savings.The consequences of this dissertation contribute proofs for architectural shadingdesign in nanchang, and make supplement for the feasible solutions on improving theindoor comfort and energy saving effect.
