| The increasing improvement of the national economy and people’s life makes thedemand for electric power increase too. The distribution system composed of thetraditional switch cabinet has been difficult to meet the diversification of userrequirements. It is of great significance to introduce advanced intelligent controltechnology to conventional switch cabinet, to ensure the safe, reliable and economicoperation of power system, improve information, intelligent and reliability of thepower supply and distribution system.This thesis mainly works around KYN28-12switchgear breaker and earthingswitch electric operation and intelligent control device, the design, the application ofthese aspects. It researches and analyzes the present current switch temperature onlinemonitoring technology development, and briefly introduces the video system fortechnology in the application of the intelligent switch cabinet.First of all, based on the traditional circuit breaker chassis and earthing switchinstallation module and wiring installation, we control circuit breaker and groundingswitch points respectively. We design electric secondary schematic diagram withelectric control device, and apply it to the projects.Second, as far as the practical application of switchgear breaker and busbar onlinetemperature monitoring are concerned, the essay analyzes and compares theadvantages and disadvantages of the present several temperature on-line monitoringtechniques.Then, through the camera installed in the switch cabinet, we get video images ofwork cabinets to help operators to understand the working condition of componentscontained in the cabinet.Last, we apply the intellectual improvement technology of KYN28-12switchgearto the engineering design and find that the product, after operation for some time, itsvarious performance and indicators can meet the original design goals andrequirements, and achieve good economic and social benefits, thus in the future it canbe applied in large projects. |
