Research On The Intelligent And Comprehensive Monitoring System Of Temperature For High-voltage Switch Cabinet Optical Fiber

High-voltage switch cabinet is the important equipment for power plants and substations. The security and stability of the high-voltage switch cabinet directly affect the reliability of the power supply. Plenty of running situation investigation papers show that the problem of high-voltage switch cabinet equipment caused by high temperature is very outstanding. The circuit connection point and equipment connection point restricted by mechanical processing technology, working in the bad environment for a long time will make it hot easily. The internal temperature of the high-voltage switch cabinet will accelerate the aging of power equipment, thereby reduces the service life of the equipment, triggers a significant power accident.At present, most of the internal temperature of the switch cabinet relies mainly on unattended monitoring staffs, which are laborious, inefficient. The on-duty staffs can only feel the surface temperature of the switch cabinet, therefore, designing a set of real-time temperature monitoring system, realizing the monitoring and diagnosis of high voltage switch cabinet key contact, is benefit for improving the efficiency of switchgear operations maintenance and ensuring the power supply reliability.This article introduces the main functions and technical characteristics of the existing switch cabinet, and on the basis of sufficient demonstration of the temperature changes in the internal structure of high-voltage switch cabinet, further studies the fiber Bragg grating temperature measuring principle and key technology.The paper determines the feasible technical route and method, develops the comprehensive monitoring system of intelligent high-voltage switch cabinet temperature.
