With the rapid development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit in China,the demand for rail vehicles is also increasing day by day.Rail vehicle production enterprises need to complete more production tasks in a limited time.In the face of production pressure,how to realize real-time monitoring and management of production site and further improve production efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved by rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises.In view of the above problems,this thesis proposes a real-time monitoring and management system for rail vehicle production based on RFID,which can effectively monitor and manage the production process and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.First of all,this thesis studies the application of RFID technology in the field of production and manufacturing,and analyzes the shortcomings of the production process monitoring and management in China's rail vehicle.The significance of the real-time monitoring and management system of rail vehicle production based on RFID technology is expounded in this thesis.Secondly,study with the manufacturing process of rail vehicle,and clarifies the monitoring requirements and main monitoring objects,and proposed a three-tier architecture model of the system.Thirdly,combined with the requirements of rail vehicle production monitoring,a reasonable RFID shop location model is selected to realize the real-time monitoring of the location of production factors.Improving the redundant data cleaning method to solves the redundancy problem of RFID location overlapping area reader,and verifies the ability of the improved algorithm to remove redundant data.Then,the reader event model is defined on the basis of RFID reader location monitoring to realize the dynamic monitoring of the location and time of production factors in the production process.Establishment of production task schedule monitoring model to realize production task schedule monitoring based on time and state.Using the simulation software to simulate the production task,it is verified that the real-time monitoring technology can improve the production efficiency effectively.Finally,according to the requirements of the production process management of rail vehicles,the functional structure model of the system is designed.Selecting the C/S system architecture and model of the hardware module of the RFID readers.Establishing Database to store the business data,and using Visual Studio to complete the function development of the system to realize the function of the system and meet the requirements of monitoring and management system for rail vehicle enterprise.The system designed in this thesis is oriented to real-time monitoring and management of rail vehicle production process,and provides real-time monitoring information of workshop production factors for managers.The Managers can find unreasonable factors in the production process to adjust the production plan in time,and complete the rational allocation of production personnel,equipment and materials,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the whole production process.
