With the development of society and the fast rhythm of modern society, the use ofhigh-rise building for people is becoming more and more demanding and the complexintegrated building become the development trend of modern high-rise buildings. Inorder to meet the use function of the structure, we set the transfer layer substructure inthe structure, which can transform for the different structure of top and bottom. How toevaluate the seismic performance of the structure with conversion layer structure havebeen the subjects of attention for researchers and designers.According to the band beam conversion layer structure seismic performanceinfluence factors analysis, this paper selected the location of the conversion layerstructure change and conversion layer of upper and lower stiffness change on structuredynamic characteristics and seismic performance analysis. First through modal analysis,the natural vibration period of structure itself value. Again on the structural vibrationmode decomposition response spectrum analysis, contrast structure floor maximumdisplacement, maximum interlayer displacement Angle, each layer shear force valuesand transition layer of the upper structure with conversion layer stiffness ratio, throughthe comparison of these parameters, draw a response spectrum analysis, conversionlayer position and transformation and stiffness ratio on the structural seismicperformance. Again to select the reasonable seismic waves, time history analysis wascarried out on the structure and compared under the different seismic waves, thestructure of the floor maximum displacement, maximum interlayer displacement Angleand structure of each layer of shear value and structure of vertex calendar structure displacement curve contrast maximum displacement of time and the size of thedisplacement value, and compared the results of time history analysis and responsespectrum analysis, and structural transformation layer location and transition layer andstiffness ratio on the structural seismic performance.Optimum designs of engineering structures were obtained by the conversion layerposition and stiffness ratio analysis, optimum design of engineering structures. Due tothe quality and stiffness asymmetry exists, therefore the optimized structure engineeringfor bidirectional earthquake under the action of analysis. First elastic analysis of thestructure under severe earthquake more, from structural base shear, the floordisplacement, the interlayer displacement angle, floor shear and special conversionanalysis of structures, including the transfer beam and shear compression ratio and shearforce time history curve transformation and axial compression ratio of column axialforce time history curve, draw the structure of the seismic performance. To structureunder the action of the rarely met earthquake nonlinear time history analysis, from thestructure of the maximum floor displacement and maximum interlayer displacementangle, the characteristics of structural seismic performance.Finally, the obtained result of structural design schemes was satisfied through theanalysis of the structure of the overall seismic performance, which has importantguiding significance for engineering design of similar projects in the future.
