With the increasing number of high-rise buildings of modern society, because of its different functions, size has become increasingly complex and diversified, to meet the requirements of the building, high-rise buildings, mostly small bay of the upper apartment, the lower part of the large space requirements shopping malls, restaurants or entertainment, the lower the rigidity of high-rise buildings will become relatively small, but is the upper part of the stiffness will be increased, This requires conversion layer to change this situation, which will form the weak link high-rise building complex vertical structure mainly irregularities, including force characteristics and structural stability by converting member.Papers with specific project examples, seismic analysis in accordance with the norms of performance-based seismic design requirements, through ETABS finite element analysis software, has been determined in accordance with the specification of the seismic performance goals. Examples of engineering conversion layer structure along the beam to do some research and analysis, research content and results are as follows:(1) With a beam of high-rise building complex conversion layer is the mechanical characteristics of the basic design, transfer beam, transfer columns, shear walls and floor conversion layer of the upper structure conversion layer and other components of the analysis, as well as regulatory compliance required to determine the actual project-sectional size of each member;(2) With a conversion layer frame supported shear wall structure using finite element software ETABS model, and calculated.
