Comprehensive Evaluation On The Solar Water Heating Systems During The Whole Life Cycle Of Buildings

With the development of China’s sustained rapid economic, energy supply gap isgradually increasing, so the renewable resources will be wide intentioned. Solar energyas an important renewable resource, gradually been applied in the construction. Inorder to fully demonstrate its feasibility, this paper starting from the whole life cycle ofthe building to comprehensive evaluate the solar water heating systems from the threeaspects of economic, environment and society.First, this paper established economic evaluation of mathematical model of solarwater heating system of Cost present value, Annual cost and Dynamic investmentrecovery period that based life cycle of the building as a unified calculation, andconsider the factors of the update of the equipment, rising energy prices, and so on;Secondly, the environmental benefits of quantitative evalution model established onthe basis of the evaluation system of the environmental benefits of solar water heatingsystems, that each index calculation method is detailed analysis, by comparativeanalysis of the positive and negative effects on the environmental impact ofconventional water heating systems and solar water heating systems during the wholelife cycle of the building; Once more, this paper identified the evaluation method of thesocial benefits of solar water heating systems, and gives the judge level; Finally, thispaper is establish a comprehensive evaluation criterion of a single project and acomprehensive evaluation model of multi-project through empirical analysis to verifyall of the above model.This paper perfect the comprehensive evaluation method by in-depth analysis theeconomic, environmental and social benefits of solar water heating systems. The paper concluded that helps scientific assessment of the comprehensive benefits of the solarwater heating systems,will be promote the promotion of solar energy on building andprovide basis for decision-makers evaluate and select the solar hot water heatingsystems.
