This thesis designs and realizes the absolute inductosyn angle measurement systemwith TMS320F2812DSP as the data processing unit. To amend and compensatesystem error, some practical and original methods have been applied and reached asatisfying level. With using of several high performance&integration electroniccomponents, the system has simple structure, excellent stability and good anti-noisecharacteristics, which is a step to an integration and miniaturization system.Inductosyn angle measurement system is a kind of digitized position detectiondevice, which can provide an accurate measurement of the angular displacement anddisplay real-time measurement data. The system uses an absolute inductosyn with360pairs of polar as angular sensor. With designing and integrating ICL8038exciting circuit, AD620preamplifier circuit, AD2S80resolver-to-digital circuit andTMS320F2812data processing circuit, hardware circuit of the angle measurementsystem is completed; With designing and composing data collection module, codingmodule, dual-channel combining module and display module, software of the anglemeasurement system is completed.The thesis also focuses on the dynamic characteristic of inductosyn angle measuringsystem. Through the analysis of mechanism of dynamic error, a practical dataamending method for wide channel is raised. Also, error compensation table is usedin dynamic error compensation. With all this methods, the dynamic characteristic ofsystem meets the requirement.
