The multipole structure makes the inductosyn have high angle measurement accuracy,but at the same time,it also loses the absolute angle zero position.On the basis of studying the angle measuring system of rotating inductosyn,this paper analyzes the basic theory and design method of inductosyn with absolute coding winding,and puts forward two absolute angle calculation methods,and designs and implements an inductosyn angle measuring system based on the absolute coding winding based on the axis angle conversion chip AD2S1210.Fina lly,the system is real.The test verifies the correctness of the theoretical derivation.In this subject,the absolute angle is obtained from the different output signals of different pole numbers,and the absolute angle zero is provided while retaining t he high precision angle measurement advantage of the multipole inductosyn.Firstly,this paper introduces the wide application of inductosyn in many fields,such as aeronautics and Astronautics,analyzes the background and significance of the research,summarizes the development history and structure design of inductosyn,and the research status of signal processing circuit.The problem of the lack of absolute zero in the traditional inductosyn is pointed out,and several absolute angle measurement schemes based on inductosyn are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the solution of this topic is put forward briefly.Secondly,the structure and characteristics of inductosyn are analyzed.On this basis,the structure design and signal processing method of induction synchronizer with absolute coding winding are studied.The inductosyn is simple in structure,and the signal processing method,like multiple polar revolving transformers,relies on the positive and cosine induced potential signals of the output winding to realize the angle decoding.The signal processing method of inductosyn with absolute coding winding is more varied.It can not only decode two sets of windings with different poles,but also calculate the absolute angle after decoding,and can also operate the output signals of the two sets of winding directly,and only one decoding can be done at the end.Then,the design method of inductosyn with absolute coding winding is analyzed,including inductosyn structure,absolute coding winding,absolute angle calculation method and coupling transformer design.The prototype is made with 180 and 179 pairs of poles.Then,a signal processing circuit board is designed and programmed.The design of signal processing circuit board mainly includes power supply circuit,DSP peripheral circuit,excitation circuit and inductosyn signal amplifying circuit.Finally,with the precision grating optical dividing head as the test platform,the experimental verification of the inductosyn angle measuring system with absolute coding winding is tested,and the error distribution of the inductosyn is analyzed,and the software compensation is given on the basis of the error analysis.Finally,the accuracy of absolute angle measurement reaches 5 arc seconds by means of two channel coarse and fine coupling.
