By electromagnetic coupling between the two plane windings witch on the codedisk, non-contact manner to accurately detect the mechanical angle, this is the basicprinciple of the circle Inductosyn. Because the winding evenly distributed on thecode disk, a position error is uniformly distributed over the entire surface. Therefore,it has high accuracy. Because it is based on the principle of electromagneticcoupling, so the contamination of non-ferromagnetic materials (such as oil, dust,etc.) does not affect it, so it has better robustness. Because it can be made of highstrength steel material, so it will have high reliability.The main research contents are as follows.(1) Research on excitation of pulsewidth modulated square wave generation algorithm: Using pulse width modulationmanner to generate the two-phase square wave excitation, so that the amplitude ofthe the fundamental wave component is proportional to the sine square wave width.(2) Research on control methods: According to the calculation and simulation, tofind an effective high-speed tracking loop control method, it can be a good job, meetthe design requirements.(3) Research on absolute position detection scheme:propose a new special absolute position detection scheme, that in the condition of noresolver, rely inductosyn itself can detect the absolute position.(4) Research onAngle subdivision algorithm and programs: Presented two special angle subdivisionalgorithm and programs, in order to achieve the purpose of solve the contradictionbetween resolution and speed.(5) Design the hardware circuit of excitation andfeedback module: The excitation circuit including a square wave generator, filter,power amplification, etc.; processing feedback signal including pre-amplification,filtering, differential output, etc., according to the functioncal to culation, simulationand design these circuits.(6)The hardware circuit design and production.(7) FPGAalgorithm and program design: The subject control algorithms using FPGA toimplement and using Verilog HDL language for FPGA programming.(8) The use ofangle sensor verification platform for authentication, up to1/10000of the resolutionand10000r/min tracking speed, static accuracy of3arcsec.
