Rural roads as China’s highway network is an important part of the vast rural areas of production andlife pilot, basic, service facilities, our road network a major component of the overall construction oflarge-scale, wide coverage, connecting the majority of the county, township and village areas, and promotethe construction of new rural construction and development, accelerate the rural areas of internal andexternal passenger and freight transport, effectively stimulate progress in economic and social developmentin rural areas.
